Oz Muscle Cars (OMC) operates as a sales agent on behalf of vehicle owners. All vehicles listed for sale through OMC remain the property and responsibility of the individual Seller. OMC acts purely as a facilitator in the sales process and depends entirely on the information provided by the Seller for all advertising and marketing purposes. OMC cannot be held liable for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any claims made by the Seller.
Before arranging contact or viewings, any prospective Buyer is required to provide a current phone number and email address. These details are shared with the Seller as a measure of buyer legitimacy. The Seller will then directly liaise with the potential Buyer to discuss the vehicle and arrange any inspections. OMC can also facilitate and assist with this process aswell.
It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to conduct their own research, ask relevant questions, and carry out any inspections necessary to verify the condition, originality, and accuracy of the vehicle and any associated claims. The Buyer acknowledges that no warranties or guarantees—whether express or implied—are provided by either the Seller or Oz Muscle Cars.
